Cork City Council are delighted to announce our latest Affordable Housing Scheme at Glenbride (Phase 3), Kilnap, Cork.  In partnership with the highly respected Murnane & O’Shea Developments Ltd., a name synonymous with delivering quality, stylish homes in Cork for decades, this exclusive development offers a selection of 2 and 3-bedroom homes, designed with modern living in mind.

A total of twenty-four homes, consisting of twenty 3-bedroom houses and four 2-bedroom houses are being made available for sale through this Affordable Housing scheme. Ideally located on the Old Mallow Road, less than 10 minutes from Cork City Centre, this exciting new development boasts a wealth of nearby amenities, including schools, sports clubs, supermarkets, and much more, ensuring every convenience is within easy reach.
