Fingal County Council has agreed with the developer Orchid Homes to sell eighteen affordable homes under the Affordable Housing Act 2021.

Homes on offer under the scheme will be a mix of one-bed ground floor apartments and two-bed duplex units. Prices for eligible applicants will start at €170,000 for a one-bed apartment with prices for a 2-bedroom duplex unit starting from €220,000.
