Montpelier applications will be open from 12:00 on the 17th of June 2026.

Dublin City Council are making the next 68 affordable homes available for purchase by eligible applicants at Montpelier, Dublin 7. Montpelier is located between the iconic Phoenix Park and the lively streets of Stoneybatter.

Heuston Station is just minutes away, the Luas Red Line is within walking distance and there is easy access to major bus and bike routes. As well as 1,046 homes the overall Montpelier development will include shops, a crèche, public parks and community space.
