Clare County Council are delighted to present seven new homes for sale at Radharc Doire Shannon, Co. Clare. The seven homes are for sale under the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated Regulations.

These will generally be available only for first-time buyers who do not own a home (although a small number of exceptions apply).
