Wicklow County Council is delighted to announce 2 x 3 Bed Terraced Dwellings available at St. Ernan's, Rathnew, Co. Wicklow under the Affordable Housing Scheme.

The Affordable Housing Scheme makes local homes available at a reduced price for first-time buyers and Fresh Start applicants, whose combined mortgage and deposit will not cover the market price of a newly built home. The Portal will be open to accept applications from 14th November 2024 at 12 noon until the 13th December 2024.
